Seeking a Sr. Supervisor, Manufacturing to oversee daily production activities in a regulated healthcare environment.
Responsible for managing technical and operational teams, ensuring compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards.
Leads planning, organization, and continuous improvement initiatives, while managing budgets and expenditures.
Coordinates with cross-functional partners to address process deviations and supports training, documentation, and project initiatives.
Requires strong leadership, communication, troubleshooting skills, and experience in a FDA or USDA-regulated setting.
Education: BA/BS plus 5 years or Master’s plus 3 years of relevant experience.
Works in a manufacturing/laboratory environment with exposure to biological materials, chemicals, and machinery.
