Seeking a Sr. Supervisor, Manufacturing to oversee a manufacturing or technical team in a regulated healthcare environment.
Responsibilities include managing daily production activities, coordinating with partner groups, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards.
The role involves supervising direct reports, participating in budget planning, authorizing expenditures, and supporting project initiatives.
Ideal candidates will have a BA/BS with 5+ years or a Master's with 3+ years of leadership and technical experience in FDA or USDA-regulated settings.
Strong communication, team leadership, troubleshooting skills, and experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment are essential.
Work involves exposure to biological fluids, chemicals, machinery, and noise, requiring PPE usage and physical activity such as lifting and standing.
