Maintenance Technician -- Industrial Manufacturing
*$35.71/hr | Full-Time | Rotating 3--4 Day Workweeks*
We're seeking a skilled and driven Maintenance Technician III to join our high-performing maintenance team. In this leadership-level role, you'll be responsible for keeping our industrial equipment running safely and efficiently while mentoring junior technicians and taking ownership of complex mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the diagnosis and repair of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems --- including motors, VFDs, and control circuits
- Guide and delegate tasks to less experienced technicians, serving as a technical mentor and team leader
- Support and improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs alongside the maintenance planner
- Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (e.g., eMaint) to manage and complete work orders
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to keep operations running smoothly
- Uphold all safety procedures and participate in ongoing safety and technical training
- Identify potential failure points and proactively address wear and performance issues
- Assist in fabrication (metal and wood) and contribute to system upgrades or repairs as needed
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience
- Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
- Comfortable with motor controls, VFDs, schematics, and basic PLC knowledge
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Ability to interpret technical prints, document work, and escalate issues appropriately
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and maintenance tracking systems
- Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial technology
- Experience with CNC machinery, systems training, and maintenance project management
- Prior leadership or mentoring experience in a maintenance or technical environment
Schedule & Pay:
- Rotating Schedule (12-Hour Shifts):
- Week 1: Thursday -- Saturday (36 hours)
- Week 2: Wednesday -- Saturday (48 hours)
- Hours: 5:30 AM -- 5:30 PM
- Pay: Starting at $35.71/hour, with overtime opportunities
