Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive quality inspections and in-process evaluations to ensure our products meet and exceed stringent compliance requirements.
- Innovate and document effective testing processes that seamlessly link engineering specifications with manufacturing execution.
- Drive proactive quality improvement projects, swiftly addressing gaps and implementing corrective actions to achieve resolution.
- Maintain rigorous quality standards documentation, aligning with AS9100D / ISO 9001 protocols to support audit readiness.
- Guarantee compliance with top-tier safety, health, and aerospace regulatory standards in all operational practices.
- Engage with operations and engineering teams to foster strong partnerships, enhancing quality outcomes and program success.
Ideal Candidates Should Have:
- Over 4 years of hands-on quality experience in manufacturing or engineering.
- Mastery of quality methodologies, such as Root Cause Analysis and auditing practices.
- The capability to independently create testing and process solutions without predefined blueprints.
- Strong writing skills for effective documentation and communication.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline is preferred, or commensurate experience in a similar role.
Preferred Experience:
- Demonstrated familiarity with aerospace-specific standards such as AS9100D or ISO 9001.
- Exposure to MIL-SPEC manufacturing environments and certification as an Internal Auditor.
- Versatility in roles combining quality assurance with supportive engineering tasks.
