Step Into a Day Shaping Zero‑Defect Manufacturing
When you start your day, you’re the guardian of process integrity. You review overnight production data, confirm that controls are effective, and partner with operations to keep our machining and assembly lines stable and capable. By afternoon, you’re validating an inspection method for a new component, closing out a nonconformance with robust containment, and preparing a concise report that turns numbers into insight. If an urgent plant need arises (on average 1–2 times per month), you respond with agility—often resolving issues without stepping on site.
