    At Alinabal, our products reach demanding customers who expect zero defects. As our Manufacturing Quality Assurance Inspector (Metrology Focus), you’ll report to the Director of Quality in Department 513 and become a guardian of compliance, precision, and flow.

    Your mission

    Imagine a lot is on hold due to a dimensional deviation. You step in to verify measurements with calipers, micrometers, and a height gauge; document the findings; initiate escalation for the nonconformance; and collaborate with engineering and production to contain, analyze, and correct—so customers receive only conforming product and the line keeps moving.

    Core responsibilities

    • Perform inspections and record results precisely; elevate nonconformances and assist in timely resolution.
    • Support root-cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) with Quality leadership.
    • Keep quality records current and aligned to our quality management system.
    • Partner across production, engineering, and supply chain to embed quality in every step.
    • Assist supplier quality checks and monitor vendor conformance as required.
    • Prepare for internal and external audits and support all follow-up actions.
    • Conduct FAI reviews and approvals; act as FAI metric owner and SME.
    • Execute customer DQR activities.
    • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Director of Quality.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework/associate degree preferred.
    • 1–3 years in quality, inspection, or manufacturing support.
    • Proficiency with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
    • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
    • Working knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation discipline.
    • Collaborative, clear communicator with a growth mindset.
    • Basic computer literacy; Microsoft Office or quality systems experience preferred.

    Working conditions

    • Environment: Manufacturing floor exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and temperature variations.
    • Physical: Sit/stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally with assistance; manual dexterity and visual acuity for precision work.
    • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday; occasional overtime or weekends driven by production or audit needs.
    • Travel: Occasional supplier or site visits.
    • PPE: Provided and required per safety protocols.
    • Growth: Progression to advanced Quality roles based on performance and development.
