Quick facts

  • Pay: $22 per hour
  • Night Differential: +10%
  • Shifts: Day (6 am–6 pm) or Night (6 pm–6 am)
  • Rotation: 12-hour shifts alternating 4-on/3-off and 3-on/4-off

3-on / 4-off: Work Sunday–Tuesday, off Wednesday–Saturday
4-on / 3-off: Work Sunday–Wednesday, off Thursday–Saturday

What you’ll do

  • Execute routine in-process inspections and audits against documented specifications
  • Conduct tensile strength and chemical tests per sampling plans
  • Identify, segregate, and label non-conforming materials and product
  • Interpret technical documents, specifications, and blueprints
  • Use and maintain precision tools: calipers, micrometers, gauges
  • Prepare/process samples for lab evaluations
  • Calibrate and care for lab equipment and inspection instruments
  • Capture accurate results and input data into the quality database/system
  • Follow safety procedures and help sustain a safe workplace
  • Assist with broader quality initiatives and special projects

What you’ll bring

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Manufacturing QA/QC experience (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of basic lab/inspection techniques
  • Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to read/interpret technical specifications and blueprints
  • Proficiency with calipers and micrometers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfort with units, conversions, and technical measurements
  • Ability to stand through 12-hour shifts
  • Visual acuity: color, close detail, depth, peripheral, and focus adjustment
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexibility for rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends when needed
