Only qualified Manufacturing Production Test Technician candidates located near the Durham North Carolina area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence.Education High School Diploma or equivalentQualifications 3 to 5 years hands on experience with electronics or electromechanical systems Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Experience using a multimeter and electronic diagnostic tools Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues Ability to follow detailed test procedures and documentationResponsibilities Perform functional testing of vial fill machines Validate performance accuracy safety and reliability Document results defects and fixes Ensure units meet quality and customer specifications Diagnose mechanical electrical and software issues Use schematics and diagnostic tools to identify failures Perform repairs calibrations and adjustments Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams Load software and execute firmware updates Configure machines per order requirements Verify accuracy of programmed settings and labeling Align work with production priorities and shipping schedules Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment Provide process improvement feedback Assist in training new technicians Accurately record work in MES systems Follow all safety quality and standard work procedures Support continuous improvement and corrective action effortsAdditional Information Shift hours 2 pm to 10:30 pm with initial training on first shift Must have reliable transportation Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally Safety shoes required safety glasses provided Fast paced team oriented work environment Contingent role with potential for extension or conversion **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
