Overview / Summary

The Manufacturing Production Supervisor is responsible for achieving the daily production program while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, cost, and environmental performance. This role drives continuous improvement initiatives, supports team development, fosters a positive work environment, and promotes team autonomy. The supervisor also collaborates with the broader manufacturing organization to resolve operational challenges and achieve production goals.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
• Support the development of team members and team leaders by promoting skill development.
