Eaton's AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor - 1st Shift. This position will be located at our Euclid, OH facility.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision of the Euclid manufacturing site on 1st shift from the hours of 7:00am to 3:30pm. This individual will lead the manufacturing team in achieving production schedule, product quality, product cost, and employee safety goals. This role will also coordinate with all functional and service groups to meet customer requirements and drives performance to achieve or exceed financial plans and strategic goals. The individual will also be responsible for implementing Lean Manufacturing tools within the focused factory, while motivating the team to create high performance culture.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
