  • Acquire and apply knowledge necessary to meet product cost, yield, and performance targets.
  • Create and maintain effective process documentation.

Communication and Leadership:

  • Serve as the technical expert for your process to the printhead organization.
  • Lead by example - demonstrating good decision-making skills, and a desire to learn.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing).

Experience:

  • 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a product development environment.
  • Process capability, Gage R&R, and applied problem solving.

  • Great hands-on mechanical skills.
  • Ability to handle simultaneous tasks in an environment which can be stressful at times.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively - strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are desirable.
  • Ability to work both independently as well as provide effective technical support to project teams.
  • Strong computer skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Work is 100% on-site and will be split between normal office conditions and a cleanroom.
