Job TitleIdentify manufacturing challenges and lead continuous improvement initiatives from concept through implementation. Partner with production and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Analyze process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions using root cause analysis tools. Develop and maintain detailed work instructions and standardized operating procedures. Lead and participate in Lean activities such as Kaizen, A3, TPM, and 5S initiatives. Provide technical support across manufacturing, including safety, quality, and productivity improvements. Evaluate and justify new capital equipment through ROI and cost-benefit analysis. Coordinate equipment installation, upgrades, and repairs with cross-functional teams. Create and update CAD layouts for manufacturing equipment and facility configurations. Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues. Support predictive maintenance and data-driven process improvements using analytical tools. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, delivering timely and effective solutions. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and process improvement methodologies. Experience with Lean principles and quality tools. Proven problem-solving ability with strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Proficiency with CAD software and other engineering technologies. Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
