Your Mission
- Translate demand into precise production schedules that maximize capacity and meet customer commitments.
- Lead and elevate a team of planners and production personnel; create an inclusive, performance-driven culture.
- Drive lean improvements that streamline processes, reduce waste, and shorten lead times.
- Harness ERP data to manage inventory positions, monitor WIP, and execute schedule changes quickly.
- Collaborate across operations, purchasing, engineering, and quality to eliminate constraints.
- Continuously review KPIs and adjust plans to ensure operational targets are met.
- Coach, train, and mentor team members to expand skills and accelerate careers.

- Planning experience in manufacturing; background in sheet metal fabrication is a plus.
