Overview:

The Operator will work within production areas, supporting the manufacturing of high-quality products with a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. This role involves operating, setting up, and breaking down equipment, handling raw materials, and supporting the full production cycle from dispensing through packaging.
Responsibilities & Duties:- Set up, run, and break down production equipment in accordance with work instructions and SOPs
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment including blenders, mills, grinders, pumps, and PLCs.
- Perform bulk and partial dispensing of raw materials
- Load, process, and package products while ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety
- Clean and disinfect production suites, equipment, and work areas
- Safely move materials using pallet jacks, forklifts (as required), and other mobile equipment
- Accurately document batch records, cleaning logs, and production data in compliance with cGMP standards
- Stage finished products for transfer and distribution
- Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Complete ongoing training in GMP, EHS standards, and equipment operation
- Independently operate multiple production processes as training progresses
Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience (pharmaceutical, chemical, or other FDA related industries highly preferred)
- Ability to read and understand SOPs and various work instructions
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Must be able to discern colors
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision
- Effective communication skills with fluency in English required
- Ability to work in a physically active environment and maintain organization of materials
