Job Description:- Onsite role
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and off shifts
- Shift structure: 24/7 schedule
- 3 work shifts, 2 off shifts, 2 work shifts, 3 off shifts
- 12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM/6:00 PM (shift structure may vary based on business needs)
- Shift starts at 5:45 AM/PM (gowned up and ready for the shift meeting)
Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must have experience in GMP environments
- Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and possess technical skills
- Warehouse workers will not be considered (must be Manufacturing Operator)
Responsibilities:- Operate manufacturing equipment based on established procedures and work rules
- Ensure product quality and safety
- Achieve production standards in quantity and quality
- Adhere to cGMP and safety guidelines
- Perform light cleaning to maintain a clean operating environment
- Write maintenance summaries and execute quality checks
- Stocking, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal may be required
- Maintain a safe work environment and wear safety equipment (safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, etc.)
- Support manufacturing processes within assigned department/area
- Proactively contribute to team communication and ensure a respectful, inclusive work environment
- Document process steps on batch documentation
- Attain and maintain qualifications for assigned equipment
- Unpack/pack and load/unload components/products on the line
- Demonstrate attention to detail and basic math/computer skills
- Be on time and available for scheduled shifts
