Manufacturing Operations Technician — Glass Fabrication

What you'll do

• Track process performance, spot defects fast, and dig into root causes to prevent recurrence.
• Tweak procedures and parameters to improve throughput and stability.
• Onboard and train new hire production associates on processes and procedures.
• Show up consistently: be on time, every scheduled shift, and complete your full shift.
• Step up for overtime when production requires it.
• Work cooperatively across teams to meet goals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve quality issues.
• Generate and maintain the required documentation and records.
• Earn and maintain operator certification for each job you run.
• Support your Supervisor or Team Lead with other reasonable tasks.
• Champion continuous improvement—contribute ideas and participate in CI activities.
• Be flexible to work afternoon or night shift as needed.
• Operate powered industrial equipment (such as forklifts) safely and productively when needed.

When you'll work

Monday - Friday (8 hours)

• 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Alternate Work Schedule (12 hours)

• 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
