Full-Time | Customer Service & Administrative Support$18/hour

A Springfield manufacturer is seeking a friendly, organized Office Assistant/Receptionist to support front-office operations. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and keeping an office running smoothly, this role offers a great fit.
What You'll Do
  • Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist customers with orders and shipment tracking
  • Coordinate architect schedules and project timelines
  • Order material samples through online systems
  • Create purchase orders and submittals for architects
  • Perform general office duties and data entry
What You Bring
