Manufacturing Manager
We're looking for a driven Manufacturing Manager to take ownership of our production operations in Lubbock, TX. Manufacturing Manager Details:
- Direct Hire position
- $ 100,000.00 to $ 130,000.00 / annually
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals for quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery are met.
- Lead, coach, and develop shop floor teams including CNC machinists, supervisors, and maintenance staff.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve processes, and increase overall productivity.
- Manage equipment maintenance, tooling, and MRO procurement to support uninterrupted production.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies across all manufacturing activities.
Manufacturing Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a machined component manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machining, including knowledge of FANUC and MAZATROL controls and G-code programming (MasterCAM preferred).
- Associate degree or higher preferred; equivalent technical training and experience will be considered.
- Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, process improvement, and production efficiency strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
