Manufacturing Operations LeaderReporting into the Operations Leader, you will be responsible for the following:Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and delivery targets are achievedDrive a strong safety culture by enforcing compliance, reducing risk, and promoting best practices across the siteDevelop and optimize production schedules and workforce planning to meet changing business demandsImplement and lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costsEstablish and monitor KPIs to track performance across safety, quality, delivery, and productivityManage, coach, and develop a team of manufacturing staff, setting clear objectives and driving accountabilityIdentify training needs and support ongoing employee development and succession planningUtilize data and metrics to identify operational gaps and implement corrective actionsSupport plant leadership with strategic initiatives and operational improvementsLead change management efforts, ensuring strong employee engagement and adoptionEnsure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standardsContribute to the development of automation and process enhancement strategies where applicableMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
