Description

We're partnering with an established, growth-focused precision manufacturer looking to add a Manufacturing Manager to its leadership team. This is a high-impact position responsible for driving operational performance across the manufacturing floor while developing people, improving processes, and ensuring the business continues to scale efficiently.

This role goes far beyond managing production. You'll be a key member of the leadership team, partnering with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership to improve throughput, eliminate inefficiencies, and build a world-class manufacturing operation.

Compensation: $130,000 - $165,000

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure production, quality, safety, and delivery goals are consistently achieved.
  • Develop, mentor, and hold accountable supervisors and production personnel while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives focused on improving productivity, reducing waste, and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Monitor key manufacturing KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve plant performance.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to support production, resolve issues, and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Support new product introductions, capital equipment projects, facility improvements, and long-term operational initiatives.
  • Champion workplace safety and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a machining, metal fabrication, or other discrete manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience leading supervisors and production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing operation.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
