Summary:- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues
- Support installation and relocation of equipment
- Work closely with management to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair production equipment including injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Assist with installation and relocation of machinery
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and equipment performance
Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Injection molding experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or technical certification preferred
- Technical or mechanical certifications a plus
Additional Qualifications:- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in tight spaces and on machinery
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
