The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations within a complex manufacturing plant. Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plant maintenance strategy aligned with business goals
- Manage and optimize CMMS systems and reliability programs (FMEA, RCM)
- Lead, develop, and evaluate a multidisciplinary maintenance team
- Oversee maintenance budget and CAPEX planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Identify and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Drive continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and deliver data-driven performance improvement
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams
- Strong expertise in CMMS, reliability tools (FMEA, RCM), and failure analysis
- Experience with KPI tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Power BI, and Microsoft tools
- Strong communicator with a hands-on, proactive leadership style
