What You’ll Do
Operate Manufacturing Equipment
â Operate cut-sheet thermoforming machines in a safe and efficient manner.
â Load raw material into machines and remove finished product.
â Set up machines by adjusting parameters and installing molds according to work instructions.
â Perform secondary operations such as trimming, deburring, and finishing parts.
Ensure Product Quality
â Take ownership of the quality of the final product being produced.
â Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet customer specifications.
â Identify and communicate quality or machine issues as needed.
Support Production Efficiency
â Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
â Monitor scrap levels and help minimize waste.
â Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments to maintain production flow.
â Work collaboratively with team members to keep production running smoothly.
Maintain a Safe and Organized Workplace
â Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
â Maintain a clean and organized work area.
â Follow all job instructions and manufacturing standards.

Required Qualifications
â High school diploma or equivalent.
â Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with physical demands.
â Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
â Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

â 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
â Mechanical aptitude or experience operating production equipment.
â Forklift experience or certification.
