Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or forklift experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills; experience with warehouse management or ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 40-50 lbs., and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently and as part of a team. 

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and follow standard operating procedures.
• Load, unload, move, and store materials safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, ship, and receive products while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Perform inventory counts, stock rotation, and basic documentation.
• Inspect materials and equipment, reporting quality or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and shipping goals.
