Compensation & Hours
- Starting pay: $21.50 – $23.00 per hour
- 12-hour shifts (2-2-3)
- Work only 15 days per month
- Day and night shifts available
- Opportunities for overtime
Core Responsibilities
- Operate automated manufacturing and production machinery
- Set up and calibrate equipment for scheduled runs
- Continuously monitor processes to meet quality standards
- Inspect finished components for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime
- Keep the area clean and safe; uphold 5S standards
- Follow safety procedures at all times
