Volt is immediately hiring multiple Manufacturing Test Leads in Fremont, CA.

As a Manufacturing Test Lead, you will:

• Oversee and serve as a team lead to teams of 20+  Manufacturing Test Operators 
• Setting up production lines and delegating work orders 
• Ensuring on time completion
• Issue reports on failure issues of servers
• Assisting with streamlining processes and increasing efficiency
• Test Operators will pick up servers from assembly line and roll them down to testing areas to test (walking up to 10,000 steps a day), load servers into racks, perform quality tests on computer severs, test failed servers

These are full-time - temp to hire positions.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm plus overtime as needed

The ideal candidate will be able to:

• 1+ year of lead experience in a manufacturing environment 
• 'Must have strong computer skills - will be documenting in Excel
• Be able to pass pre-employment screening once offer is made (background and drug test) 

Pay Rate*: $24.50 Per Hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
