Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing & Industrial Engineer with 8 10 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing and process improvement. The ideal candidate will drive manufacturing excellence through line balancing, factory optimization, continuous improvement, and New Product Introduction (NPI).

Key Requirements

  • 8 10 years of Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering experience
  • Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, VSM, Line Balancing)
  • Experience with NPI, process validation, and production ramp-up
  • Hands-on experience with MODAPTS, MOST, AutoCAD/Factory CAD
  • Knowledge of OEE, capacity planning, root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA, and Industry 4.0
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Industry: Precision Manufacturing, Electronics, Medical Devices, Optical Systems, or High-Tech Manufacturing.
