General Labor Associate
Location: Verona, MS
Job Type: Temporary (2 Weeks to 1 Month)
Shift
- 11:00 PM â 7:00 AM
- Monday through Friday (overtime may be required based on production needs)
Position Summary
We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Associates for a temporary assignment at a manufacturing facility in Verona, MS. This assignment is expected to last 2 weeks to 1 month. Candidates will assist with a variety of general labor tasks, including moving materials, loading and unloading equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties throughout the facility.
- Move, lift, and transport materials and equipment safely.
- Handle both light and heavy lifting as required.
- Load and unload materials from designated work areas.
- Assist production and maintenance teams as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, with occasional heavier lifting as needed.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Must be able to work overnight hours.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Repetitive lifting of light and heavy materials.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
