Manufacturing Finance Reporting Manager

Your Mission

  • Own monthly close and financial statement preparation across domestic entities, foreign subsidiaries, and worldwide consolidation.
  • Steer year-end audit activities in partnership with our external audit firm.
  • Elevate internal controls and streamline accounting processes alongside a capable team.
  • Deliver clear reports and insights to leadership that support decision-making.
  • Provide financial guidance to executives and department heads across the business.
  • Maintain cross-functional rhythm with Manufacturing, R&D, Service, and Marketing/Sales.
  • Standardize ERP processes with international subsidiaries and ensure high-quality reporting.
  • Troubleshoot data and system issues; implement preventative improvements.
  • Recommend policy/process enhancements with measurable bottom-line impact.

Schedule & Reporting

Full-time, on site: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. Reports to the Corporate Controller and supports both the Controller & VP of Finance.

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years in a manufacturing accounting/finance role.
  • 3+ years of supervisory leadership.
  • 3+ years working in a major ERP environment (Oracle, SAP Business One, or equivalent).
  • Strong financial analysis skills; capable of translating data into recommendations.
  • Composure and responsiveness when priorities change.
  • Excellent communication across executives, plant personnel, and office teams.
  • Organized, analytical, and solutions-oriented; adept at handling multiple complex tasks.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • Advanced Excel and proficiency across Microsoft Office.
  • Professional discretion and confidentiality in all corporate matters.

Education & Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting or Finance.
  • CMA or CPA preferred/valued; not a requirement.
