Manufacturing Executive Search Sales Consultant

Location: On-site, full-time in Pewaukee, WI (no remote)

For more than 30 years, SearchAmerica has partnered with manufacturers across the United States to find the talent they need to grow. We’re expanding our Pewaukee office and seeking a sales-driven search professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.

A day in the life

You’ll start your morning reviewing your call plan and outreach queue. Your focus: manufacturing leaders nationwide—plant managers, operations directors, HR and talent heads. You’ll pick up the phone, write tailored emails, and send concise texts that spark conversations. Throughout the day you’ll qualify opportunities, position our recruiting services, negotiate terms, and move prospects toward signed agreements. You’ll collaborate with teammates to ensure we deliver on what you’ve sold and celebrate the wins your efforts drive.

What this role is—and isn’t

• Sales-first: If you don’t enjoy selling, this won’t be a fit. Success hinges on proactive outreach and persuasive consultative selling.
• B2B focus: Your audience is manufacturing managers across the U.S., reached by phone, email, and text.
• On-site collaboration: This role is based in our Pewaukee office. No remote work.

What you’ll do

• Prospect and engage manufacturing leaders nationwide via phone, email, and text
• Position SearchAmerica’s recruiting solutions and secure new search engagements
• Negotiate contracts and terms that create mutual value
• Partner with recruiters to set search strategy and ensure fulfillment
• Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics

What you bring

• Hands-on recruiting experience and comfort discussing hiring needs with decision-makers
• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within recruitment or professional services
• Background in training or coaching stakeholders/colleagues is a plus
• Contract negotiation skills and a track record of closing
• Resilience, phone presence, and crisp written communication

Compensation

We offer a modest base salary with very high, performance-driven commissions. Top SearchAmerica consultants have earned over $300,000 annually.
