As part of the Flexible Pipe Systems onshore team based in Midland, TX you will be joining an established business and team with expertise in pipe design, manufacturing, and installation. This unique combination allows our customers to increase production and asset integrity whilst reducing the overall costs associated with a pipeline system.

As Manufacturing Equipment Operator you are responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery used in the production or assembly of products. This role ensures equipment runs efficiently and safely, while maintaining product quality and adhering to production schedules. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Set up, start, and operate manufacturing equipment according to specifications. 

  • Monitor equipment performance, identify issues, and make basic adjustments to ensure proper operation. 

  • Perform routine checks, inspections, and preventive maintenance on machines. 

  • Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products. 

  • Record production data such as quantities produced, machine settings, and downtime. 

  • Follow all safety and quality control protocols. 

  • Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production status, issues, or maintenance needs. 

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area. 

  • Assist with equipment changeovers and troubleshooting as needed. 

  • Report any mechanical failures or safety concerns immediately.

To be successful in this role you will need: 

 

  • High school diploma or GED . 

  • Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment preferred. 

  • Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.
