The Manufacturing Engineering Technician – Operations & Reliability advances equipment performance, process stability, and facility reliability across EPS bean and shredded foam operations. Moving beyond routine maintenance, this role focuses on data‑driven problem solving, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and technical system optimization.
