Working closely with Engineering, Planning, Quality, and Production teams, you will drive performance, improve earned hours, and support improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesLeading daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.Managing production schedules, labour resources, and changing operational priorities.Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, setup reduction, and production flow.Supporting root cause investigations and resolving manufacturing, quality, and process issues.Collaborating with cross functional teams to improve machining processes, tooling, and operational performance.QualificationsBA degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.Experience within aerospace, precision machining, or a regulated manufacturing environment.Knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, engineering drawings, and dimensional inspection.Strong leadership skillsExperience with Lean, RCCA, 5 Why, Fishbone, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and production data analysis.This Manufacturing/Operations Engineer (CNC) opportunity offers exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies, automation projects, and capital investment initiatives.
