We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the Manufacturing Engineering team supporting electronic circuit board production, system testing, and electro-mechanical assembly for medium and high voltage switchgear products.
Responsibilities include managing 5+ staff, developing manufacturing processes, maintaining documentation, designing fixtures, and driving continuous improvement and automation projects.
The role involves collaborating with Design Engineering on process design, leading new product launches, managing ERP setup, and implementing lean manufacturing principles.
Additional duties include troubleshooting equipment, enhancing ergonomics, supporting quality programs, conducting root cause analysis, and providing technical training.
Ideal candidates will have a BS in Engineering, 5+ years relevant experience, proficiency with CAD and electronics schematics, experience in PCB manufacturing, and knowledge of lean tools, ISO standards, and test automation.
