Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure processes meet AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO, and customer-specific requirements
  • Support APQP, PFMEA, control plans, and PPAP activities as needed
  • Lead and participate in root cause analysis (5-Why, Fishbone, 8D) for production and quality issues
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives with measurable results
  • Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
  • Drive cost reduction, yield improvement, and cycle time reduction projects
  • Promote Lean manufacturing principles and standardization across operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in engineering in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of machining processes, process control, and production support
  • Experience troubleshooting and improving manufacturing processes independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/MRP system experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in precision machining, automotive, aerospace, or high-reliability manufacturing
