Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer supports precision machining and assembly operations by developing tooling, fixturing, and process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and production output. This role collaborates closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to implement automation, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support new product introductions. The position focuses on process development, equipment evaluation, preventive maintenance and calibration programs, and optimizing manufacturing workflows in a high-precision environment.

This is an onsite, Monday-Friday role based on a modern, state-of-the-art campus in Connecticut. The facility features advanced precision machining and assembly operations, automated treatment lines, and a collaborative engineering environment. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
