We are seeking a driven Manufacturing Engineer with 2-5years of experience to play a key role in bringing new products from concept to full-scale production. Job Description:

• Lead the transition of new products into manufacturing, ensuring processes are efficient, cost-effective, and repeatable
• Develop and implement improvements in automation, tooling, fixturing, and manufacturing methods
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment and technologies to enhance production capability and performance
• Collaborate closely with design engineering to improve product manufacturability and reduce cost
• Analyze manufacturing processes, perform time studies, and develop production estimates for new and existing products
• Troubleshoot machining and assembly challenges, driving root cause resolution and continuous improvement
• Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, test reports, and specifications
• Support training and guidance for production personnel on new processes and best practices
• Partner cross-functionally with quality, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) or process development
• Solid understanding of machining, assembly processes, tolerancing, and mechanical systems
• CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred)
• Exposure to automation, tooling design, or process optimization is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams
