Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities Develop, optimize and validate manufacturing processes for single‑use assemblies, ensuring a smooth transfer from development into GMP manufacturing.Support installation, qualification and lifecycle maintenance of manufacturing equipment.Oversee cleanroom operations, including monitoring, maintenance, and operator training to maintain compliance.Lead or support pre‑production and early‑stage builds, collaborating with operators and cross‑functional teams.Apply lean and continuous improvement principles to improve yield, reduce waste, and resolve quality issues.Qualifications 3+ years' experience in manufacturing engineering within biopharma, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments.Proven experience working in cleanroom, sterile and GMP regulated environments.Strong hands‑on capability across process development, troubleshooting, and production support.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and take initiative to solve problems and deliver results.Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical or similar).Strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements (FDA/CGMP); validation experience (IQ/OQ/PQ) highly regarded.Benefits Along with a great team of people to work with, at Invetech we also offer a great Benefits program, 401k matching, comprehensive EAP, and various social clubs and events, just to name a few!The salary range for this position is: $95,000 - $110,000Invetech recognizes the value of an inclusive and diverse work environment across the organization.
