This role works cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality, and maintenance to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality. If you're energized by solving process problems, leading improvement projects, and building systems that stick, this role is a strong fit.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize manufacturing processes, work instructions, and production methodsDesign and implement tooling, fixtures, and process improvementsSupport CNC machining operations including process validation and troubleshootingAnalyze production data to improve efficiency, quality, and throughputLead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principlesCreate and maintain manufacturing documentation including routings, BOMs, and process sheetsSupport new product launches from prototype through full productionConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality and production issuesEvaluate equipment capabilities and recommend capital improvements as neededEnsure familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, ESPRIT, VERICUTExperience with PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Validation, and Statistical Process Control (SPC)#J-18808-Ljbffr
