Manufacturing Engineer

Our Client, an Aerospace and Defense company, is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer for their Oldsmar, FL location.

Responsibilities:

• Design and improve manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for CCA and module assemblies.
• Cable harness experience and process documentation/writing are a plus.
• Interpret engineering drawings and collaborate with design engineering to implement production improvements.
• Support production operations with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Design, procure, and implement tooling for manufacturing processes.
• Incorporate inspection and testing requirements into production plans.
• Monitor equipment and tooling performance and drive corrective actions to ensure product quality.
• Provide manufacturing guidance on design concepts, specifications, and production techniques.

Requirements:

• Understands how the circuit card assembly process works.
• Cable harness experience and electromechanical subassembly experience are also beneficial.
