What You Bring to the Team

  • Experience: A minimum of four years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in CAD, MS Excel, and interpreting technical drawings using GD&T standards.
  • Process Expertise: Expertise in welding, fabrication, and assembly-line operations, with sheet metal manufacturing experience being highly beneficial.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in time studies, process balancing, and statistical analysis to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Leadership & Adaptability: A strong ability to lead, adapt to changing environments, and collaborate across diverse teams.
