Investigate manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions using Lean methodologies. Partner with production, quality, and engineering teams to develop effective manufacturing strategies and improve overall process performance. Support the development of inspection methods, gauges, and quality verification processes for new and existing products. Design and implement multi-step manufacturing processes that meet customer specifications and internal operational objectives. Utilize CAM software tools and manufacturing systems to support process development and program optimization. Collaborate effectively with personnel at all levels to drive process improvements and resolve production challenges.The Successful ApplicantMinimum of 5 years of experience within a CNC machining environment. Strong hands-on experience with CNC lathes and milling machines. Ability to create, edit, and optimize CNC programs utilizing both G-code and CAM software. Working knowledge of CAM systems; experience with advanced manufacturing software preferred. Strong understanding of GD&T and engineering specifications. Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive successful outcomes. Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
