Manufacturing Engineer II

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to lead projects, improve manufacturing systems, and drive efficiency on the production floor.

• Own the design, development, and continuous improvement of machinery, equipment, and facilities to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead projects from feasibility to completion, managing resources, costs, and timelines to deliver measurable results.
• Champion Lean and continuous improvement initiatives by leading Kaizen events and engaging cross-functional teams.
• Support capital projects through business case development and implementation to ensure value realization.
• Partner with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and improve reliability.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and work instructions to optimize processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks required; experience in project management and Lean Manufacturing preferred.
