Supports the manufacture and assembly of new and existing Parker products typically in a single facility. Assists in developing improved manufacturing techniques, testing new systems and methods for efficiency, and planning assembly layouts to optimize production, quality, cost, and safety. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct or indirect reports. Helps determine equipment, and tooling needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product and quality specifications.Process Improvement - Assists in developing and implementing process improvement projects that focus on manufacturing efficiency, material yield, safety, and cost.Engineering Design Support - Provides input to more senior engineers regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.Regulatory Compliance – Helps ensure basic processes and procedures comply with regulations.
