Company has recently expanded operations to include a facility in Houston, Texas, USA.The ideal candidate is expected to play a key role in the management, guidance and growth of local manufacturing operations, while coordinating and maintaining consistency with inhouse other manufacturing facilities.Key Skills RequiredBachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.8+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, and/or quality environment, including management or supervisory responsibilities.Strong knowledge of production operations, quality systems, PCB manufacturing and inspection processes & product development lifecycle.Experience working with design engineering teams, EMS providers, vendors, and manufacturing partners, supporting automated test systems, circuit board inspection, in-circuit and offline programming, and various manufacturing metrics and KPIs.Direct experience in NI LabVIEW & TestStand and/or IPC-A-610 inspection standards are considered to be an asset.A strong grasp of administrative operations, including facility, infrastructure, regulatory and quality aspects of the organization.Experience in the power systems or protection relay industry preferred.Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems required.Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and inventory/production management tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
