We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations through process optimization, equipment implementation, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. This individual will play a key role in driving productivity, quality, safety, and cost reduction efforts while supporting day-to-day production needs.The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for improving processes and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality, and safety.Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.Support new product introductions, including process development, tooling selection, and production readiness activities.Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve manufacturing issues.Design and optimize work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Evaluate equipment performance and partner with maintenance teams to improve reliability and uptime.Manage capital improvement projects, including equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and validation.Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to achieve operational objectives.Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and production line balancing activities.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement initiatives to improve throughput, scrap reduction, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma methodologies.Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.Experience developing manufacturing processes and documentation.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication and project management skills.PreferredExperience with automation, robotics, PLCs, or industrial controls.Knowledge of machining, assembly, welding, fabrication, or process manufacturing.Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software.Knowledge of OEE, PFMEA, Control Plans, and APQP methodologies.Technical SkillsLean ManufacturingSix SigmaProcess ImprovementCapital Equipment ProjectsProcess ValidationProduction SupportManufacturing DocumentationCapacity PlanningAutoCAD / SolidWorks (Preferred)ERP/MRP SystemsStatistical Process Control (SPC)What We OfferCompetitive salary and bonus opportunitiesComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysTuition reimbursement and professional development support#J-18808-Ljbffr
