Company is driven by innovation, quality, and efficiency.We are looking for a technically skilled and hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer who is passionate about building and refining processes to drive productivity, quality, and operational excellence.Position SummaryThe Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes and systems to improve production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role emphasizes tooling design, process improvement, equipment commissioning, and cross‑functional collaboration to support new and existing product lines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTooling & Equipment DesignDesign and re‑engineer tooling to extend life cycles and support new product launches.Coordinate acquisition, installation, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment with external suppliers.Validate new equipment and ensure it meets performance, safety, and quality standards.Process ImprovementLead and participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement events to enhance productivity and reduce waste.Optimize manufacturing processes to improve dollar‑per‑man‑hour performance and overall efficiency.Develop and maintain process flow maps, floor layouts, and standardized work documentation.Cross‑Functional CollaborationCollaborate with Product Design and Production teams to create manufacturing documentation for new products.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to production teams.Mentor and support junior manufacturing engineers to ensure consistent process knowledge and skill development.Provide on‑site troubleshooting and maintenance support for mineral processing systems, including thickeners, polymer systems, slurry pumps, and cyclones/separators.Identify and implement solutions to optimize equipment reliability, performance, and production uptime.Manufacturing Engineer Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.Hands‑on experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S methodologies.Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or equivalent) for tooling and equipment design.Demonstrated experience in process improvement, production optimization, and quality control standards.Ability to analyze data, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and project management skills.Prior field engineering experience and familiarity with mineral processing systems is a strong plus.Manufacturing Engineer Skills & CompetenciesManufacturing process design and optimizationTooling and equipment design & commissioningProduction performance analysis and optimizationQuality control, FMEA, SPC, RCACross‑functional collaboration and mentorshipData analysis and reporting using Excel, Minitab, or equivalentProject management and vendor coordinationWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentDynamic, collaborative, and innovative work environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
