- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experience with CNC programming and manufacturing processes
- Strong understanding of machining, fabrication, and production operations
- Knowledge of SPC and quality systems
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
- Create and maintain process layouts, workflows, and manufacturing documentation
- Support new product introductions through manufacturing methods, process plans, and validation activities
- Evaluate current operations and recommend improvements to increase throughput and reduce costs
- Develop and optimize CNC programs to improve machining performance and product quality
- Support machining operations through tooling recommendations, setup improvements, and process enhancements
- Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and implement corrective actions
- Lead and support lean manufacturing initiatives focused on waste reduction and process optimization
- Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning activities
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve operational performance
- Utilize production data and metrics to support improvement initiatives
- Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to monitor and improve manufacturing performance
- Partner with Quality and Production teams to resolve process issues
