The successful candidate will evaluate and enhance plant efficiencies by examining equipment placement, workflow optimization, assembly techniques, and workforce usage. Key responsibilities include identifying necessary parts and tooling to meet production specifications, with the opportunity to impact significant improvements within a forward-thinking organization.
