Their manufacturing capabilities span from initial prototyping to high-volume production for various industries. Key products include suspension and powertrain components, fuel and fluid manifold blocks, engine heads, and exhaust hardware.
Description
- Develop and optimize CNC machining processes to enhance production efficiency (Gibbscam/Mastercam)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Support continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing activities.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new tools, equipment, and technologies.
Profile
